Booking Policy
Your trust in me to look after you and your hair means the world and I can’t wait to meet you.
Before making an appointment with me, please take a moment to read through my booking policies. Thank you for your understanding and support.
How to book
The best way to book in with me is through my online booking site. All packages have been curated to include everything you need to create ease when booking online. However, if you are unsure of what to book in for or can’t find a day or time that suits you, please reach out at any time! My DMs are always open.
Booking fee
All services over $120 require a $50 booking fee, which is payable through my booking site via a secure and confidential payment portal. If you have booked via message, your booking fee will be payable via bank transfer. Please note your appointment will not be secured without this. If you are planning on paying via Afterpay, please reach out via message.
Payment methods
I accept Efptos, cash and Afterpay.
Cancellation policy
You’ll receive a confirmation text message 3 days prior to your appointment. Please let me know you're coming by clicking the link in the text message. Please note that this is an auto-mated message and doesnt allow message responses.
If you are unable to make your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will unfortunately forfeit your $50 booking fee paid on appointments over $120. If you need to reschedule outside of this window, your booking fee will transfer over to your next appointment.
I understand that things can happen out of our control, but please be mindful that as a small business, last minute cancellations are extremely hard to fill, resulting in direct loss of income for me. The $50 booking fee is only covering a small proportion of your appointment.
No show policy
If you fail to turn up to your appointment with no warning, you will forfeit your booking fee, and will be required to pay full cost of your appointment before being able to make any future bookings.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Inspo pics are the key to my heart, and I always recommend clients bring along some reference pictures to go through during your consultation. All clients will receive an in-depth consultation prior to starting any service to ensure we are on the same page and working towards your hair goals realistically.
Fix up policy
If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your hair, please let me know as soon as possible! Please never feel awkward about this, your confidence in your new look is so important to me and I will do my best to rectify what you are not loving. However, please note that this is a one week warranty policy, and failure to reach out within this time frame will unfortunately mean you will not receive a complimentary adjustment.
Who can I bring to my appointment?
As I am freelancing at a small boutique studio with 2 other stylists, please be mindful that there isn’t a huge amount of space to cater for extra guests! Please let me know if you are hoping to bring someone along with you to ensure we will have room in our waiting area to accommodate them.
For our mummas, you are more than welcome to bring your babies if they are under the age of 18 months. I am always more than happy to work around you and your little one so that you can enjoy your well-deserved pamper time.
